Cacao Brings Us Together: Salon du Chocolat Returns to Paris
From October 28 to November 1, 2026, the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie returns to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Hall 5. The gathering brings together chocolate makers, pastry chefs, cacao producers, artisans, and visitors from around the world to exchange ideas and celebrate the many cultures of cacao.
The organizer has announced tastings, chef demonstrations, workshops, chocolate art, and an industry-focused B2B Village. Visitors can discover new flavors and techniques while meeting people whose work connects farms, kitchens, and chocolate traditions across borders.
For XOL, events like this are a reminder that cacao is more than a product: it is a way for people to share knowledge, craftsmanship, and community. Tickets are available through the official organizer. The 2026 event has not yet taken place.
