Hi, I’m Adrian, also known as CacaoMan. I’m from Venezuela, and I’ve loved cacao and chocolate for as long as I can remember. I’ve worked professionally with chocolate since 2018, and that love keeps growing with every discovery.

I founded XOL to share what makes cacao so extraordinary: its flavors, its history, and its deep connections to Latin America and communities around the world. Cacao has shaped millions of lives through celebration, livelihoods, tradition, and hardship. Those stories deserve to be understood alongside the delicious things we make from it.
