King’s Jewel is a small-batch ceremonial cacao blend made with cacao, Ceylon cinnamon, purple cayenne, fenugreek, and a seawater mineral complex. Each 1 lb (454 g) bag contains 30 cacao coins for simple, consistent preparation.
Our cacao comes from Esmeraldas, Ecuador through a cooperative working with smallholder farms. After fermentation and drying at origin, we lightly roast, crack, winnow, and stone-grind the beans ourselves in Tampa before creating the finished blend in-house.
Ceylon cinnamon brings warm spice, purple cayenne adds a gentle heat, and fenugreek contributes an earthy, aromatic character. The result is a bold, warming cacao blend made for everyday drinking, cacao rituals, or anyone who prefers a more layered flavor than pure cacao alone.
Prepare 1 cacao coin with 8–12 oz of hot water or milk, then adjust to taste.
