Cacao Nibs
XOL Cacao Nibs are 100% cacao, roasted at low temperatures and prepared in fresh weekly batches for a deep cacao flavor, natural bitterness, and satisfying crunch. Each bag contains 1 lb (454 g) of pure cacao nibs with no added sugar, sweeteners, oils, dairy, or fillers.
Our cacao comes from Esmeraldas, Ecuador through a cooperative working with smallholder farms. After fermentation and drying at origin, we roast at low temperatures the beans in Tampa, then crack and winnow them to separate the cacao nibs from the outer husk.
Cacao nibs are small pieces of the cacao bean before grinding. Their crunchy texture and naturally intense cacao flavor make them easy to eat straight from the bag or add to smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, granola, trail mix, baked goods, desserts, homemade chocolate, and other recipes.

Because cacao is an agricultural product and we avoid heavy roasting and over-standardization, subtle differences in flavor and aroma may naturally occur between batches.

Shipping & warm-weather delivery
Free local delivery is available within 15 miles of South Tampa, including eligible Tampa and St. Pete addresses. No minimum order is required. Estimated local delivery: 2–3 days. Address eligibility is confirmed at checkout.
Outside our local delivery area, orders use Priority Delivery in padded envelopes. Shipping for one to three 1-lb bags of drinking cacao, nibs or cacao powder is $8; shipping is free for four or more bags. Five-pound packs also qualify for free shipping. Discounts do not remove bag-count eligibility. Final shipping charges appear at checkout.
Orders for Priority Delivery normally process in 1–3 business days, plus the estimated transit time shown at checkout. Delivery dates and protection from melting are not guaranteed. Bring your order indoors promptly after delivery.
All sales are final. Melting alone does not qualify for a return, exchange, replacement, or refund. Contact connect@drinkxol.com for wrong or missing items, broken seals, leakage, or defects.
Print-on-demand merchandise ships separately with paid shipping and is excluded from free local delivery and the four-bag free-shipping offer. Merchandise shipping charges still apply to mixed orders.
