Cacao Husk Tea, 1LB (30 Servings)

XOL Cacao Husk Tea is made from 100% cacao husk separated from the same Esmeraldas, Ecuador cacao beans we use for our cacao products. Each 1 lb (454 g) bag contains approximately 30 servings and produces a light, aromatic infusion with subtle roasted cacao and chocolate-like notes.

After fermentation and drying at origin, the cacao beans are roasted at low temperatures in Tampa, then cracked and winnowed. The outer cacao husk is collected during this process and packaged as a simple, single-ingredient tea.

Cacao husk tea is lighter than drinking whole cacao and can be enjoyed hot or cold on its own or paired with ingredients such as cinnamon, citrus peel, or honey.

Hot Brew: Add 1–2 tablespoons per cup of hot water and steep for 7–10 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Cold Brew: Steep in cold water overnight, strain, and serve chilled.
